- How fast can you arrive?
- Same-day usually. Within 90 minutes if it’s urgent and you’re in central KL. We’ll always tell you the honest ETA before you confirm.
- Why don’t you show prices on the website?
- Every job is different. A “leaking tap” can be a 10-minute washer swap or a 2-hour pipe replacement. We just look at your photo on WhatsApp and quote honestly — no inflated catalog prices, no surprises.
- Do you charge for site visits or quotes?
- Never. Quotes are always free. We only get paid when we actually fix something and you’re happy with the work.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes — 7 days workmanship warranty on minor jobs and 30 days on bigger work. If it goes wrong because of us, we come back and fix it for free.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash, bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), DuitNow, and most e-wallets. Pay only after the job is done — never up-front.
- Are your handymen licensed and insured?
- All electrical and water heater work is done by licensed technicians. Every job carries our workmanship warranty and we’re fully insured on-site.
